I will start working on your commission once I get confirmation of your payment

Once the commission is paid for, I won't do any refunds.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request without reason or explanation.

The canvas dimensions can be up to 4000x4000 pixels. More or less can be requested.

No need to pay extra for complex designs or props but it might take me more time to complete

You can ask me to create a character for you instead. For example, you send me references of hair, clothes, colors, etc and I'll create your OC for you.

First, I'll show you an sketch to check if any pose adjustments/major changes are needed

Once I'm done with the line art and coloring, you can request a change/adjustment of the colors

I will only fix or add minor things

I usually take a maximum of 7 days or less to complete a commission.

If anything happens or I'm drawing multiple characters, expect the delivery to be in a maximum of 14 days.

The price for commercial merchandising is a one time payment per commission.

The price is for the use of the commissioned work on physical or digital products you'll sell.

This is different from monetized content for which you don't have to pay extra even if what you're using the commissioned work for generates revenue for you.

Commercial use prices aren't affected by how many characters are in the commission, it's the same set price specified no matter if you commissioned two characters interacting. The price for commercial use won't increase.

If you are not sure you'll use the commissioned work for commercial merchandising at the moment, you can always contact me in the future to pay for it if needed.

The commercial use fee is not transferable. If you sell or gift the character(s) in the commissioned work along with the commissioned work to someone who wants to use the commissioned work for commercial use/merchandising, they'll have to pay the fee.

For this, I'd like to be notified about who you sell/gift it to if you do, please.

After you received the final product, you're free to post it anywhere and use it as long as you credit me.

You're also free to edit it however you want (for example: change colors/species/add effects, etc)

I might use any of my commissions as samples for the future; I'll ask you first if it's ok.

No AI or NFT usage is permitted using my work.
